Each project should be the outcome of a thoughtful design process regardless of its context, size or scope. Because every project is a unique challenge it is my role to develop a bespoke design-led solution to go beyond the expectation of all stakeholders involved.
The architectural process is usually organised as suggested in the RIBA Plan of Work:

  • Preparation and Brief;
  • Concept Design;
  • Developed Design;
  • Technical Design;
  • Construction;
  • Handover and Close Out;
  • In Use.

Project Management

An effective project manager will ensure the project is delivered on time keeping the desired quality standards and cost transparency.
This is done by being the main link between client and the construction as well as by overseeing the entire process from initial brief to final handover, coordinating with the different parties involved in the construction process.
