The brief was to design a series of houses on the designated plot providing high quality family housing in the local area.

Given it’s position on the south of Milton Keynes the main target audience for the residential scheme would be London commuters. Therefore the design was developed to provide a contemporary and striking housing solution maintaining a sensible approach to the site.
