Buildings 2 and 3 are the latest chapter in J.P Morgan Asset Management’s investment into the town’s local commercial property market. Their decision to buy the office park in November 2015 responded to the lack of commercial vacancies in Maidenhead and the demand for state-of-the-art office facilities.
The scheme proposes two new, grade A, modern office spaces to replace current outdated office buildings that are no longer fit for purpose, as well as a multi-storey car park and a central hub with park amenities.
